    WHO CAN ACCESS PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED ?

    Atighechi Law Group will not disclose personal date collected on its website to third parties, vendors, or anyone else. The information collected is confidential and will only be used to 1) determine whether Atighechi Law Group can be of assistance to you and 2) contact you. We might also send you newsletters via email.

      RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

      Personal Data shall be stored permanently if user becomes a client to prevent a conflict of interest or if the user is not a client then until user opts out of newsletters.

      RIGHTS OF USERS

          There has been no question. My child custody case has been the most trying, exhaustive and draining experience of my life. Apart from the light of my child, there has really been only one other bright spot to the whole experience. Maryam. I never (ever!) expected such compassion in hired legal counsel.
